Progressive Freefall is a training method where you jump with a personal set of gear and your instructor jumps with you. During the freefall segment of the skydive your instructor evaluates your performance by flying in close proximity to you, giving you feedback and coaching by way of pre-established hand signals. Your first tandem skydive skydive will allow your instructor to assess your suitability for this program. Progressive Free Fall
